  • Every member is assigned a zone coordinator experienced in retail operations.
  • Evaluate the member’s strengths and weaknesses to competition in the marketing area.
  • Identify strength and weaknesses of the specific store’s operations.
  • Work with member to maximize store layouts for profit and efficiency.
  • Review Profit/Loss statements with members to help strengthen operation.
  • Assist in payroll controls.
  • Training of employees from managers to clerks.
  • Gross profit awareness and identify signs of shrink.
  • Assist members with deal opportunities to maximize gross profits.
  • Educate members to changing trends in the industry.
  • Awareness of new items to keep member in having what the customer is looking for.
