- Every member is assigned a zone coordinator experienced in retail operations.
- Evaluate the member’s strengths and weaknesses to competition in the marketing area.
- Identify strength and weaknesses of the specific store’s operations.
- Work with member to maximize store layouts for profit and efficiency.
- Review Profit/Loss statements with members to help strengthen operation.
- Assist in payroll controls.
- Training of employees from managers to clerks.
- Gross profit awareness and identify signs of shrink.
- Assist members with deal opportunities to maximize gross profits.
- Educate members to changing trends in the industry.
- Awareness of new items to keep member in having what the customer is looking for.
